• Three-Tier Racking: The racking system features three adjustable tiers, ideal for creating organized, accessible storage in your container. The height of each shelf can be adjusted in 50mm increments to accommodate various items.
• Heavy-Duty Construction: This racking comprises two pre-assembled end frames, each 2m high and 600mm wide, constructed from robust steel and finished with a scratch-resistant powder coating in blue and orange. The durable coating ensures long-term use and easy maintenance.
• Sturdy Shelving: The 25mm chipboard shelves support up to 550kgs each, providing reliable strength and durability for heavy loads. These shelves are designed to handle demanding storage requirements.
• Simple Assembly: The racking system is engineered for straightforward assembly, with beams that slot easily into the end frames and are secured with safety clips, ensuring a stable and secure installation.
• Optimized Space: This racking system can be used on both sides of a container, though it does not fit on the end walls. For containers larger than 10ft, you can use multiple kits to maximize storage space.
• Flexible Application: Suitable for use in various container sizes, including 10ft, 20ft, 30ft, and 40ft containers. For a 10ft container, a single bay racking kit fits one side. For larger containers, the number of bays per side increases as follows:
  • 20ft Container: Maximum of 2 Bays Per Side
  • 40ft Container: Maximum of 5 Bays Per Side
